Kate Bailey

FOIA Program Manager at Judicial Watch

Kate Bailey is currently the FOIA Program Manager at Judicial Watch. Kate previously worked as a paralegal at the National Rifle Association from September 2009 to August 2012, and before that, as a Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent for the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2007 to January 2009. Kate has a passion for justice and ensuring that the American people have access to the information they are entitled to. Kate is an expert in legal research and compliance work, and has used their skills to help further the cause of transparency and accountability in government.

Kate Bailey attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to attending law school, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from Georgetown College.

Their manager is Chris Farrell, Director of Investigations & Research. Kate Bailey works with Kirsti Jespersen - Investigator, Justin McCarthy - Research Associate, and Bill Marshall - Senior Investigator.
