Doug Smith

Doug Smith, CDM, CFPP, currently serves as the Director of Dining Services at Judson Senior Living since July 2021. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of Director of Culinary Services at CHI Living Communities from February 2018 to August 2021, and served as Executive Chef at Providence Care Centers from December 2009 to March 2018. Doug's experience also includes being the General Manager at Bucci's Restaurant Group from June 2000 to May 2009, as well as owning The Chef and Mrs. Cook from July 2004 to August 2006. Earlier in Doug's career, responsibilities included serving as Executive Chef at Pier W Restaurant from February 1993 to July 2000. Doug received an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America between 1983 and 1985.
