Judson University
Dr. Nikki Fennern is a leader in higher education with more than 20 years of experience as an executive officer, athletic director and coach. She joined Judson in 2018 after serving as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Iowa Wesleyan University in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. At Iowa Wesleyan, Dr. Fennern leads the enrollment division of the university which includes admissions, financial aid and intercollegiate athletics. During her tenure, she restructured recruitment processes and developed a campus-wide plan to grow undergraduate enrollment with strategies collaborating with academics, admissions, international recruitment and athletics. She serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet and co-chairs the university’s Persistence and Completion Council.
Prior to working at Iowa Wesleyan, Dr. Fennern was the Athletic Director at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, Minn., and led a 21-sport intercollegiate athletics program. While at Saint Mary’s University, Dr. Fennern taught within the Business Department as an adjunct professor in sport management and was the Head Fastpitch Softball Coach from 2000 to 2006.
