Ismail Shelbaya

Ismail Shelbaya is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Assistant Team Leader in System Administration and Technical Support Engineering at Juhayna Food Industries since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ismail held the position of Senior Specialist System Administrator at the same company from October 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing DNS, DHCP, print, and application servers. Ismail also worked as an IT HelpDesk technician, where troubleshooting and user support were key duties. Earlier experience includes positions at Global Knowledge Technologies and BAT from March 2008 to December 2010, focusing on server administration and network services. Ismail is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at the High Institute for Advanced Studies, expected to be completed in 2027.
