Courtney Currie

Courtney Currie is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in special education and social work. Since April 2021, Courtney has served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Kid Connection in McKinney, TX, which provides a comprehensive range of educational services, including academic tutoring and special needs advocacy, to families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Additionally, Courtney has been a Senior Sales Coordinator at The Juice Plus+ Company since November 2013 and previously held the role of Coordinator of Special Education Services for Chicago Public Schools from August 2002 to August 2014. Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Special Education from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Addiction Studies from the University of Oklahoma, focusing on children with special needs facing addiction issues.
