Paddy Jordan-Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Starting in 2006, Paddy worked as an On-set Props for Wilbur (I & II) Productions Inc., followed by roles such as Fabricator at Colpitts Design and Assisstant to the Production Designer at Doodlebops III Productions Inc. In 2005, Paddy took on the positions of Prop and Set Builder, Scenic Artist, and later, Production Designer and Set Designer at Cuppa Coffee. Moving forward, Paddy worked as a Set Designer and Set Builder at Geneva Film Co in 2011. In 2010, Paddy founded PJH Designs and worked as Principal Designer, Project Manager, and General Contractor, overseeing residential and commercial interior architecture projects. In 2012, Paddy became a Senior Industrial Designer at Array, focusing on conceptual development and design-engineering. From 2015 to 2018, Paddy worked at Eventscape as Lead Project Designer and later as a Project Manager, handling large-scale architectural fabrication projects. Paddy joined HOLMAN in 2018 as Manager, Design & Engineering, and then took on the role of Creative Director, responsible for all project-specific design activities. From 2021 to 2022, Paddy worked at Juiceworks, first as General Manager and later as Chief Executive Officer & Creative Director, leading design development and project management for exhibitions and events.

Paddy Jordan-Higgins, ACIDO, obtained a BSc (HONS) degree in Special Effects from London South Bank University between 2000 and 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Paddy became an ACIDO Professional Member in 2021 through the ACIDO Association of Chartered Industrial Designers of Ontario. In 2016, Paddy obtained certifications as a Certified Articulating Boom Lift Operator and a Certified Scissor Lift Operator. Other certifications include Working At Heights from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in June 2015, WHIMIS from Health Canada | Santé Canada in 2015, Worker Health & Safety Awareness from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in 2015, and a PADI Divemaster certification from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors in 2004.
