Ana Gabršček

Ana Gabršček has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Communications, and Talent Acquisition. Ana began their career in 2013 as a Youth Program Manager and Board Member at Klub študentov občine Celje. Ana then became Head of Public Relations at Fanfara, an annual student marketing conference. In 2014, they worked as a Communications Consultant at Kontekst, kreativno poslovno svetovanje. In 2016, they joined Glasford International - Executive Search Consultants as a Research Consultant, and at the same time joined COMPETO as a Future of Work Ambassador, Talent Cloud Team Member, Employer Branding and Communications Associate, and Talent Recruiter. In 2018, they joined Talent Cloud Slovenia as Team Support & Communications. In 2020, they became an HR Specialist at Eurosender, and in 2022 they were appointed as Head of People & Culture at Juicy Marbles.

Ana Gabršček has a diverse educational background. Ana began their educational journey in 2007 at I. gimnazija v Celju. In 2011, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Ljubljana. From 2015-2016, they attended the University of Mannheim, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. During this time, they also attended Sveučilište u Dubrovniku, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In 2016, they received a Master's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Ljubljana. Ana then went on to receive a second Master's degree in Strategic Communication from Lund University in 2017. Currently, they are enrolled at ThePower Business School, where they are pursuing an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation.
