Jay Bakshi

Jay Bakshi, CFA, currently serves as the CFO of Medicaid Business at Healthfirst, where responsibilities include co-managing a Medicaid P&L of approximately $10 billion. As Managing Director at Latent Growth Advisors LLC, Jay provides strategic and product advisory services to healthcare companies across various stages of development. Additional roles include mentoring at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and advising Mantra Health and Live Chair Health. Previously, Jay co-founded Wholesum Health, served as VP at Imagine360, and held leadership positions at Clover Health and Aetna. Jay holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
