Dr. Richard Ell

Dr. Richard Ell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Richard is currently serving as the Head of Research & Development at JULABO GmbH since December 2018.

Prior to their current position, Dr. Ell worked at LS telcom from January 2013 to November 2018, where they held multiple roles, including Geschäftsfeldleiter "Project Management & Implementation" and Bereichsleiter Projektmanagement. Dr. Richard led a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts and focused on Project Governance, Process Framework, and People Management.

Before LS telcom, Dr. Ell worked as a Project Manager at Thales from June 2009 to December 2012 and at ZEISS Group from May 2006 to May 2009. Dr. Richard also served as the Head of Laser Development at Nanolayers from September 2003 to June 2006.

Dr. Richard Ell obtained their education in Physik at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1993 to 2003. Dr. Richard earned a Dr. rer. nat degree during this time.
