Nell Farrell

Nell Farrell has extensive experience in online retail and customer service, currently serving as Website Content and Merchandiser at Julep Beauty since July 2013, where responsibilities include merchandising online sales and promotions, as well as managing website content with HTML skills. Prior to this role, Nell worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing support through various channels and maintaining effective communication with customers and team members. Nell's earlier career includes a position as Cafe Manager at Specialty's Cafe & Bakery, where promotion from Baker to Manager occurred in August 2011, leading staff in customer service and food preparation.
