Julie Parker

Julie Parker is the President/CEO of Julie Parker Communications, with more than 20 years of experience in TV news in Washington, DC. Julie also serves as a Subject Matter Expert in Crisis Communications & Social Media Strategy at the Naval Postgraduate School. In the past, Julie served as a Senior Advisor for Media Relations at the International Association of Chiefs of Police and as a Director in media relations bureaus for police departments in Fairfax County and Prince George's County. Julie has also worked as a reporter, TV host, radio host, and has been an instructor for police chiefs and law enforcement officials. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland.
