Nicole Gann

Nicole Gann joined Juliette Fowler Communities in 2012 and has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for the strategic vision of the organization.

Nicole is uniquely qualified with more than 20 years in the healthcare industry in the areas of finance, operations, and human resources. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Nicole’s strong leadership skills are enhanced by her studies and training including the Stagen Integral leadership Program, John Maxell Leadership Program, and Franklin Covey certification. She is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) trainer and coach. She also has experience in retail and manufacturing prior to her work in the healthcare industry.

Nicole and her husband Steve worship at Ovilla Road Baptist Church in Ovilla, Texas.
