Badhri Iyer

Badhri Iyer currently serves as Executive Director of the Julius Baer Academy since April 2022. Previously, Badhri held the position of Vice President of People Development APAC at Credit Suisse from February 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included program management focused on learning and development for Private Banking, notably the design of an ESG and Sustainable Investment Training framework. Prior experience includes roles at HSBC as Manager of Sales and Relationship Management Training for Corporate Bank and at Citi as Relationship Manager and Trade Finance Specialist. Badhri holds a Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
