Isaliana Ting possesses extensive experience in strategic recruiting and human resources across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving in a strategic recruiting role at Julius Baer since September 2021, Isaliana's previous experience includes positions at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on resourcing for corporate, commercial, institutional banking, and private banking & wealth management from September 2015 to September 2021. Prior roles include recruiting delivery for wealth management and global asset management at UBS from January 2011 to August 2015, as well as HRBP for investment management at J.P. Morgan in mid-2010. Isaliana also worked at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C for experienced recruiting in the APAC region, including Japan, and was involved in professional recruiting at J.P. Morgan for the private bank and investment management from 2007 to 2009.
