Engr. Jafaru Damulak is a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers and Member, The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (“COREN”). He joined Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in the year 1988 and worked in various capacities within the Company before his disengagement for public service in 1999. He was a member of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria from 1999 to 2007. He is the Chairman of the Boards of Directors of PrimeTech Design and Engineering Nigeria Limited and Julius Berger Free Zone Enterprise as well as the Managing Director of Elm Properties and Estate Development Company Limited. He is also a member of the Board of NETCOM Africa Limited and Duport Mainstream Company Limited.
