Stefan Rathgeber has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stefan started their career as a Public Relations Communications Assistant at FH CAMPUS 02 in 2009 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Julius Meinl Austria GmbH as a Marketing Assistant and progressively took on more responsibilities as a Junior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and eventually became the Brand Manager for Austria & Germany. In 2017, Stefan Rathgeber joined Julius Meinl Coffee Group as an International Marketing Manager and later became the Senior International Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Global Brand Director at Julius Meinl Coffee Group.
Stefan Rathgeber holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing & Sales Management from FH CAMPUS 02, which they attained from 2007 to 2010. Stefan further pursued their education at FH CAMPUS 02, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Marketing from 2010 to 2012. Stefan also completed a program in Intercultural Management at IHK - University College of Engineering Copenhagen in 2011. Later, in 2017, they obtained a University Certificate in Project Management from Privatuniversität Schloss Seeburg. Additionally, Stefan has received additional certifications, including "Maximizing Leadership Potential" from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2019 and "Leading authentically in digital times" from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2023. Stefan has also completed a course on "Professionelles Sprechen für TV, Radio & Job" at WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien, although the year of completion is unspecified.
