Sharon Lawson, MLD, SPHR has over 23 years of experience in the field of human resources. Sharon started their career in 1998 with Deacon Industrial Supply Company, Inc. as the Human Resources Director. Sharon held this position for 14 years until February 2012. In February 2012, they joined Julius Silvert, Inc as the Human Resources Director and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in April 2023. Sharon has extensive experience and expertise in human resources management.
Sharon Lawson, MLD, SPHR obtained their Master's degree in Leadership & Development from Penn State University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management at Wilmington University from 2003 to 2006.
