Caroline van der Heijden

Caroline van der Heijden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Lead HR Sales and HR-businesspartner at Jumbo Supermarkten since February 2024, Caroline has previously held key positions such as Human Resources Manager at UNIQLO and People Manager Benelux at RS Components. Caroline founded the high-end brand Le Poétique and established MY WOODZ Ltd. in Hong Kong, providing unique furniture designs. Additional experience includes roles at Ahold Delhaize as HR Business Partner and Consultant Management Development, as well as recruitment consultancy at YER Talent Development. Caroline holds a Master's degree in International Relations/Law from Utrecht University and completed an HR Talent program with Ahold Retailing Group.
