Nicole Valencia has extensive experience in the field of human resources and project management, currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner at Pinterest since January 2018. In this role, responsibilities have included overseeing strategic initiatives for Global Sales Solutions as Chief of Staff. Prior positions at Pinterest involved roles such as Sr. HR Business Partner for Monetization Engineering & IT and Product & Design, alongside a background in project management across various creative teams. Before joining Pinterest, Nicole worked at The Bosco as a Producer and held positions at VaynerMedia, Force Brands, BeCore, The Federal Bar, and Ground Zero Performance Café, engaging in diverse roles from project management to event coordination. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
