Kiki Rosenberg

Kiki Rosenberg is a Direct Tax Manager at Jumbo Supermarkten since January 2021, previously serving as a Tax Lawyer at PwC Nederland from July 2015 to December 2020, where expertise included corporate tax advice to publicly listed companies and financial institutions. Kiki has extensive experience in structuring European acquisitions for multinationals, advising on the Dutch innovation box regime, and handling mergers and acquisitions, including transfer costs and intra-group transfer pricing. Additional responsibilities involved compliance with corporate income tax, dividend tax, and income tax, as well as advising on BEPS, ATAD I & II, and DAC6. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Fiscal Law from the University of Amsterdam and membership with the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs since 2015.
