Michiel Kasteleijn

Michiel Kasteleijn is an experienced professional in interim program and project management, currently serving as an Interim Business Program Manager for the Jumbo S4 digital transformation program at Jumbo Supermarkten since October 2022. With a career spanning over 15 years, Michiel has owned Paradox Management Consultants BV since 2006, providing management consultancy services. Previous roles include Interim Program Manager at Action for SAP S/4HANA initiatives, Interim Business Project Manager at Royal Swinkels for business transformation projects, and leading multi-year digital transformation programs at Sligro Food Group. Michiel has also contributed to major implementations for Amgen, Starbucks, Flex, and Thales, specializing in ERP system integrations and business process improvements.
