Vinitha Subramanian

Vinitha Subramanian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Team Lead - People Experience at Jumbotail since August 2022, where Vinitha spearheads the entire employee lifecycle and aligns HR practices with business goals. Prior to this role, Vinitha held multiple positions at Ninjacart from June 2018 to August 2022, including Team Lead - Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing the employee lifecycle for over 4,000 employees, streamlining payroll processes, and leading organizational restructuring efforts. Vinitha's earlier experience at Ninjacart also involved developing HR dashboards and implementing new attendance processes. Additionally, Vinitha interned at Vaanam Technologies Pvt Ltd in early 2018. Vinitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology and completed HSC at Sri Vijay Vidyalaya School.
