Alfred Elijah Dela Peña, CMCA®, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alfred Elijah began their career in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at SPi Global, where they answered calls from customers and ensured accurate order information. Alfred Elijah also had an internship as a Telesales Intern at Trueventus, generating leads and making a database.

In 2016, Alfred worked as a Sales Consultant at Motor Image Pilipinas Inc., where they generated sales through personal connections and arranged car displays.

Alfred Elijah obtained the certification in M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management from the Dubai Real Estate Institute - DREI in July 2018. Moreover, in January 2019, they obtained the prestigious Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Lastly, in March 2020, Alfred acquired the M-202: Association Communications certification from the Dubai Real Estate Institute - DREI.
