Sandra Ottinger

Sandra Ottinger is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mortgage lending and community services. Currently serving as the Community Services Grants Administrator and Housing Coordinator for the City of Plano since May 2022, Sandra previously held various roles in mortgage and real estate, including Mortgage Loan Officer at Banner Bank and Escrow Closing Assistant at Ticor Title.
