Andrea Salerno is an experienced Food and Beverage Manager currently overseeing operations at VRetreats since January 2025, and previously served as the General Manager of Chinoiserie Restaurant and Tearoom for Jumeirah Group, where a bespoke afternoon tea concept garnered a nomination for Best Contemporary Afternoon Tea in the UK in 2023. With a career spanning various prestigious establishments, including Rosewood London, Rocco Forte Hotels, Orient-Express, and the Dorchester Collection, Andrea possesses a strong background in restaurant management and exceptional service. Andrea is also a graduate of the UK Tea Academy and holds an intermediate certificate from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
