Ceyda Mumcuoglu

Ceyda Mumcuoglu has over 20 years of work experience. Ceyda started their career as an English Language Instructor at Ege University in 1998. Ceyda then worked as an Interpreter/Guide at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2001 to 2002. Ceyda joined Hugo Boss as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2003. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Human Resources & Training Manager at Movenpick Hotel Izmir, where they were responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, and employee engagement surveys. In 2016, they became a Cluster Training Manager at TIME Hotels - North Area, where they focused on training needs analysis and developing competencies. In 2017, they joined TIME Hotels as an HR & Training Manager. Currently, they work at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, first as a Cluster HR Manager from 2018 to 2023, and then as a Human Resources Director from 2023.

Ceyda Mumcuoglu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language Teaching from Hacettepe University, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Tekstil Bilimleri from Göztepe Anatolian High School.
