Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director of Business Development at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and the Regional Director of Sales at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Cynthia began their career as the Director of Revenue Management at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Cynthia's expertise lies in sales, marketing, and business development within the hospitality sector.

Cynthia Geng pursued a Msc degree in Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
