Kerry Robbins has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career in 2007 as a Resourcing Advisor at Asda, where they supported the recruitment needs of over 300 Asda stores. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant for Sales and Marketing at Mackenzie Jones Middle East. In 2012, they joined Al Futtaim as a Recruitment Specialist. Kerry then joined Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts in 2013, where they held various roles including Human Resources Manager, Recruitment Centre Manager, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, Head of Talent Acquisition, and currently as Senior Director - Talent.

Kerry Robbins completed a Master's degree in human resources from the University of Leicester in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Media from the University of Leeds in 2006, focusing on English Literature, English Language, and Media Studies.
