Mamoun Taraboulsi

Mamoun Taraboulsi is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources – Global Operations at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since June 2023, Mamoun previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at the Department of Education And Knowledge (ADEK), where leadership of a team was key to attracting global education experts in alignment with Abu Dhabi Government Vision 2030. With extensive experience at DMCC as Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition and Manpower Planning, Mamoun successfully structured an efficient end-to-end talent acquisition function across multiple business verticals. Additional roles include Regional Resourcing Manager at Mouchel (WSP), Recruitment Manager at Dorsch Holding GmbH, and HR Generalist at Al Masaood, showcasing a strong expertise in recruitment processes and team management. Mamoun holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Damascus University.
