Nazeer Ahamed

Nazeer Ahamed has been working as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Jumeirah Group since June 2014. Prior to this role, Nazeer worked as a Food and Beverage Cafe Manager at The Promenade Hotel from August 2008 to March 2014. Nazeer holds an Advanced Diploma in Catering Technology, Hotel Management from SISI Institute. In the current position, Nazeer focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling complaints efficiently, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation, achieving profit targets, and managing and developing team members. Nazeer also managed the day-to-day operations of a coffee shop in a hotel under direct supervision from the general manager in the previous position.
