Sebastien Steven is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and leadership. Currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Iliana Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab since March 2025, Sebastien previously held the position of General Manager at Roca House Ibiza from April 2024 to October 2024, overseeing the pre-opening and launch phases of the venue with a focus on luxury guest experiences. Prior roles include General Manager and Restaurant Manager at LPM Restaurant & Bar from September 2022 to May 2024, as well as Restaurant Manager at both CRENEAU INTERNATIONAL FOOD & BEVERAGE during Expo 2020 Dubai and L'Aquarama from May 2017 to May 2020.
