Sarah Escobar has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the KOMO & Lobby Lounge Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since November 2021, having previously held roles as Lobby Lounge General Manager and Assistant Food Beverage Manager. Prior to this, Sarah was the Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Grand Hotel for a brief period in mid-2021. From 2012 to 2020, Sarah worked at Fairmont San Francisco, where responsibilities included Food & Beverage Sales Manager, Front Desk, and Server. Early in Sarah's career, experience was gained as a Private Dining Order Taker at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts from 2010 to 2012. Sarah holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from City College of San Francisco, earned between 2014 and 2016.
