Simon Romanski

Simon Romanski is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in concierge services and guest relations. Currently serving as Head Concierge at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts since March 2009, Simon has developed extensive expertise in high-end customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Concierge at Fairmont Hotel Dubai and The Savoy, as well as a Guest Service Agent at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Simon holds a degree in Travel Agencies Management from the University of Tourism and Hotel Industry in Gdansk, Poland, completed in 2004.
