Nuno Ribeiro

Nuno Ribeiro is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Jumia Group since July 2022. Previously, Nuno held various roles at Talkdesk from July 2019 to June 2022, including Senior Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included leading the developer experience cluster and managing key platforms such as Atlas and Cobalt. Nuno also served as Delivery Manager at Blip.pt, managing multiple software development teams, and as Software Development Manager at Amazon, focusing on innovative fashion projects. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Glintt, overseeing development for healthcare solutions, and earlier roles at CPC HS, where Nuno initiated a clinical solution project. Nuno holds a Post Graduation and an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed several Microsoft certifications.
