Cedric Chambers has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Cedric started their career at GE in 2010, where they held various HR roles for five years before moving on to GE Healthcare in 2015. At GE Healthcare, Cedric served as the HR Leader for the Life Sciences Global Supply Chain and Research and Development departments. In 2016, Cedric joined Jump Recruits as the President/CEO. At Jump Recruits, they are focused on closing the racial equity gap in the workforce by connecting talented Black and Brown professionals with employers looking to diversify their teams. Cedric has had a successful tenure at Jump Recruits, providing value for clients and members.
Cedric Chambers has completed their education at Savannah State University, where they pursued a degree in Business. Their field of study was Management. Following this, they enrolled in The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business to obtain a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources, specializing in Labor and Industrial Relations. Additionally, Cedric obtained a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in March 2021.
