Mario Velasquez

Mario Velasquez has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent advisory. Mario currently works at Jump Recruits as the Client and Partnerships Lead, where they manage recruitment activities, mentors sourcers, and develops search strategies. Mario is also responsible for screening candidates and managing client relationships. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Grand Teton Professionals for a short period. Mario also worked at Faro Internacional as an Analista de Capital Humano / Reclutador / Recruiter, where they conducted remote recruitment for various positions, utilizing a competency-driven methodology.
