Sudhir Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sudhir is currently working as the Head of Growth and Sales Enablement at JUMP, a subsidiary of Clearwater Analytics. Prior to this, they were the Business Head for SME Solutions at CitiXsys - iVend Retail and the Global Head of SMB Business at Dext. Sudhir also held the position of Vice President of Marketing & Communications at hCentive, Inc., Vice President of Marketing at KiwiTech, and Director of Global Business Services at ROOMBLOCK. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Cvent, and in various marketing roles at India Exhibition Management and Stracon India. Sudhir has demonstrated expertise in driving growth, implementing marketing strategies, managing teams, and improving operational efficiency throughout their career.

Sudhir Kumar's education history begins in 2010 when they attended The ICFAI University in Tripura, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing. Sudhir completed their studies in 2012. After a gap of several years, in 2022, Sudhir enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. Sudhir participated in the Advanced Programme in Digital Business Leadership and focused on Digital Transformation. Sudhir's education journey encompassed these two significant academic experiences in the field of business and marketing.
