John Diehl is an accomplished professional in talent development and learning programs, currently serving as the Head of Talent Development Programs at Jump Trading LLC since March 2016. Previously, John held several key roles at Citadel LLC from May 2007 to March 2016, including Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational capability and overseeing the execution of performance management processes. John also managed Citadel's New Graduate Program and was instrumental in aligning expectations among stakeholders. Early career experience includes project management at Monar Consulting, Inc. and a role as a Junior Recruiter at KTS Staffing, Inc. John holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management from Clemson University.
