Matt Lech

Matt Lech is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial analytics, accounting, and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Analytics and Solutions at Jump Trading LLC since April 2015, Matt has previously held the position of Director of Accounting & Operations at Briar Hall LLC, where notable achievements included comprehensive process redesign and successful system implementations. Prior experience includes a tenure as Controller and Accounting System Architect at Infinium Capital Management, where Matt led a team focused on investor services and comprehensive financial reporting. Earlier roles included positions as Head of R&D and Operations for a high-frequency trading desk and Software Engineer. Matt's career began at Spectrum Global Fund Administration as a Senior Fund Accountant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Statistics from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University.
