Alex Snyder

Alex Snyder has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Contract Technical Writer at Akamai Technologies, where they produced quality documentation and contributed to the training and orientation portal. Then, they worked as a Certified Lifeguard at Northeastern University and later at the University of Denver.

From 2016 to 2017, Alex worked as a Technical Writer at Level 3 Communications, collaborating with different departments to create technical documentation. They also served as a Data Migration Analyst at GHX, where they efficiently transferred client data to a new system.

In 2017, Alex joined Atos/Breakaway Adoption Solutions as an Instructional Writer, producing training documentation for the healthcare industry. They performed quality assurance and collaborated with a team of instructional designers and developers.

From 2019 to 2022, Alex worked at Ping Identity, starting as a Technical Writer II and eventually becoming the dedicated documentation writer for PingAccess. Their responsibilities included drafting customer use cases, updating product documentation, and scribing for meetings.

Currently, Alex is a Technical Writer at JumpCloud, where they recently started in 2022.

Alex Snyder attended Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, Alex earned a High School Diploma from Amity Regional Senior High School. Additionally, Alex obtained a certification in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in July 2015.
