Charlie Dunn has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 when they worked as a Front Office Assistant at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research. In 2012, they joined ServiceSource as an Inside Sales Representative, and later became a Sr. Sales Representative responsible for maximizing recurring revenue for their client, Jive Software. Charlie then worked at FareHarbor as an Account Manager, where they managed client relationships, oversaw website development, and advised on user experience improvements.

In 2016, Charlie attended the Turing School of Software & Design as a Front-End Development Student, focusing on HTML, CSS, and web development with JavaScript. After completing the program, they joined concept3D Inc. as a Software Developer until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Charlie worked as a Frontend Engineer at Ombud, a market leader for intelligent sales operations. During this time, they played a key role in reducing sales cycles and increasing revenue conversion for industry leaders such as Rapid7, AmerisourceBergen, LogMeIn, Kronos, and Marketo.

Currently, since 2021, Charlie Dunn is employed as a UI Engineer at JumpCloud, contributing their skills and expertise to the company.

Charlie Dunn attended the Turing School of Software & Design from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on Front-End Software Development. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography and Cartography from the University of Colorado Boulder. In 2010, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Otago, specializing in Geography/Oceanography. Before attending the University of Colorado Boulder, from 2007 to 2008, Charlie studied Geography at the University of Vermont but did not graduate.
