Lauren Michaud

Technical Support Manager at JumpCloud

Lauren Michaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Starting in 2014, they worked as an Assistant Supervisor at Xerox until June 2015.

In 2015, they moved on to OtterBox where they worked as a Customer Service Representative until December 2016.

From December 2016 to November 2020, Lauren worked at Otter as a Desktop Technician and also took on the role of Microsoft Office 365 Global Administrator. Additionally, they served as a Backup IT Release Analyst from April 2017 to January 2019, and later became a Microsoft Project Online Administrator from October 2018 to November 2020.

In 2020, Lauren joined JumpCloud as a Customer Support Engineer and later became a Team Lead in March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Manager at JumpCloud since September 2022.

Lauren Michaud obtained a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Northern Colorado from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician certificate from HDI in November 2019.
