Caroline Schmitz White

Caroline Schmitz White has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Caroline began their career as a Barista at Natchez Coffee Company in 2008, followed by a brief role as a Hostess at Snackbar Restaurant. In 2009, they worked as a Student Caller and Supervisor at RuffaloCODY, first at the University of Mississippi center and later at the University of Georgia center.

Caroline then gained experience in advertising sales as an Advertising Sales Intern at Flagpole Magazine in 2012. Caroline also worked as a Delivery Driver at Papa Johns during the same year. In 2013, they held the position of Inside Sales Representative at The Harvard Drug Group.

Caroline's sales career continued at APEX Group, where they worked as a Marketing/Sales Representative in 2013. Caroline then joined JumpCrew in 2016 and took on various roles such as Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Team Lead. Their most recent role at JumpCrew was as a Team Lead for Military Brands.

Additionally, Caroline had a short stint as a Team Lead at South Inc Nashville in 2016. Throughout their career, they have developed skills in cold calling, time management, new hire training, call coaching, and business consulting. Caroline has also demonstrated success in driving sales and leading teams to achieve revenue goals.

Caroline Schmitz White received their Bachelor's degree in English with a Minor in Studio Art from the University of Mississippi, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Caroline then pursued a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia, completing their studies in 2012. Prior to their higher education, they attended Cathedral High School from 2004 to 2007.
