Hemant Madaan

Hemant Madaan has a wealth of experience in the digital and IT solutions industry. Hemant began their career in 2002 as the Director and CEO of OTS Solutions, a company that provides digital and IT solutions to small and large businesses. In 2016, they took on the role of CTO and technology advisor to BAMM, a unique product that changes the way people manage their work lives. In 2018, they became the CEO and Founder of JumpGrowth, a Dallas-based full stack digital studio. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder and CTO of Blocura. Finally, in 2020, they founded and invested in Sodality, a mobile app platform helping non-profit, religious, and membership organizations to engage, raise, and grow with their membership network.

Hemant Madaan's education history includes a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, a Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC) from CDAC, ACTS, Pune, and a certification in Scaling Ventures: Developing the Playbook for Profitable Growth from Wharton Executive Education. Hemant also attended Air Force Vidya Bharti School.
