Jeanne Coughlin

Jeanne Coughlin is an experienced business leader and consultant with over 30 years in various industries, including healthcare, venture capital, and technology. As President of The Coughlin Group, Inc. since 1993, Jeanne has supported small and mid-sized businesses in achieving their goals through consulting, coaching, and board direction. Additionally, as Chairman of the Board of Directors for JumpStart Inc. since 2016, Jeanne has contributed to economic development and entrepreneurship initiatives. Jeanne also serves as Chapter Chair of the Women Presidents Organization, which assists women-led multimillion-dollar companies, and was a Principal at Mastering Midsized from 2011 to 2023. Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bowling Green State University.
