Fabiano Rocha

Fabiano Rocha is the CEO and Founder of JumpStart Bank, where he also serves as an Advisor for data and employability at Start Carreiras. Prior to this, he was part of the founding team at Principia and held various positions in data analytics and product management at companies such as isaac, Provi by Principia, and Stoa. Fabiano has a background in mechanical-aeronautics engineering and computer engineering, with experience in organizing events, recruiting, and project management. He is also known for creating the Tetrix Challenge at VTEX, a successful competition that promoted digital skills among students in Brazil. Additionally, he initiated the Women in Digital program to empower female students with digital commerce skills. Fabiano's diverse experience showcases his expertise in data, operations, and strategic planning.
