Fabiano has a background in mechanical-aeronautics engineering and computer engineering, with experience in organizing events, recruiting, and project management. He is also known for creating the Tetrix Challenge at VTEX, a successful competition that promoted digital skills among students in Brazil. Additionally, he initiated the Women in Digital program to empower female students with digital commerce skills.
