Aldrin Clement

Aldrin Clement is the founder and CEO of Jumpstart. Prior to Jumpstart, they worked as a consultant for Deloitte Digital from September 2016 to August 2019. There, they led a team that helped organize large events and fundraised over $250,000. Aldrin also improved efficiency of daily administrative tasks by 12% utilizing scripts. Furthermore, they utilized MS Office functions on a day to day basis to compile and manage data for 150+ donors.

Prior to Deloitte Digital, Clement worked as an intern for UnitedHealth Group from June 2015 to June 2016 where they developed a new process to evaluate proposed internal IT projects based on feasibility, ROI, business impact, and qualitative factors for a $2 billion IT budget. Aldrin also marketed nascent business entities within UHG which deliver actionable data analytics used across the enterprise to UHG executives.

Before UnitedHealth Group, Clement worked as a Community Engagement Intern for Be The Match operated by National Marrow Donor Program from May 2014 to June 2015.

Aldrin Clement attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Management Information Systems.
