Harriet Lester

Harriet Lester is an accomplished operations manager currently at Reset Health since January 2024. Previously, Harriet was a cohort member in the highly selective Jumpstart cohort JS26 in late 2023, engaging extensively with leading UK startups. Harriet's experience includes serving as a senior research associate at ZINC and founding the social enterprise Vitaegum, which provides vitamin-infused dental chewing gum that aids oral health and nutrition for vulnerable populations. Additional roles include working as a scientific researcher at the UK Biocentre during the COVID-19 pandemic, and conducting research at the MRC Harwell Institute and King's College London. Harriet holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Genetics from King's College London.
