Maitham Dib

Maitham Dib is the CEO and Founder of Junction (formerly Vital), a company dedicated to providing a unified API for accessing comprehensive health data from wearables and lab tests since October 2021. Prior to this role, Maitham explored new ideas from January 2020 to February 2021. Experience includes a tenure as a Machine Learning Engineer at Babylon Health from December 2018 to December 2019 and at Rolls-Royce from September 2016 to December 2018, where expertise in custom CNN architectures, OCR solutions, and system architecture was developed. Earlier roles at Rolls-Royce included positions as a Data Analyst and Development Engineer, focusing on the Industrial Internet, Big Data, and innovative aerospace designs contributing substantial cost savings. Maitham holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from the University of Bath and completed education at The Cherwell School with A levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics, alongside participation in Y Combinator from January 2020 to September 2021.
