Ailen zhao

Ailen Zhao has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ailen started their career in 2001 at Chongqing Construction Group, where they held various roles such as Project Specialist, Project Leads, and Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish.

In 2011, Ailen joined June as a Sales Manager, where they excelled in guiding the actual sale of products and services. Ailen determined sales areas, quotas, and targets, coordinated sales work, and developed training programs for sales representatives. Ailen also analyzed sales data to determine sales potential and monitor customer preferences.

Within June, Ailen gradually climbed the ranks and became Chief Operating Officer in September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for formulating the company's operating rules and regulations, planning the annual work plan, and establishing standardized work processes.
